Customization Process
Here, we will show you our complete business process,
from initial client contact to final product delivery. Our aim is to ensure
every client clearly understands how their projects are
meticulously handled and that we
maintain the highest industry standards at every step.

Consultation and quotation
We provide one-on-one consultation to help you plan your brand. Just provide your ideas or design package, and we can help you solve the problem and provide professional advice. Finally, provide a quotation based on your project requirements
Materials Sourcing(1-3 days)
Our factory’s sample development team customizes according to your project, purchases suitable fabrics and accessories, and sends them to you for selection.
Sample production(1-2 weeks)
Once the sample is finished, we will send you clear photos and videos for your review and confirmation before shipment. If you have any revision requests, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we will do our best to refine the details to ensure everything is fully ready for bulk production
Sample shipping(3-7 days)
We will quickly send you the samples. Once you receive and approve the samples, please feel free to contact us at any time to pay the deposit, and we will start arranging mass production
Bulk Production(4-6weeks)
We have started mass production, and our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure that there are no issues. Before the product is sent to the packaging department, we will repair any parts and correct any issues.
Packing and Shipping (2-3 days)
We have reached the final step! We will process the shipping documents and arrange for your product to be delivered to your doorstep. At this stage, before we ship your product, you need to pay the final balance and shipping fee.
Clothing Design Archive
Kindly share your design draft along with the following documents. This will enable us to
deliver your garment project more efficiently and seamlessly.
Integrity of the style image
Multi angle presentation: at least including front and back views. For complex styles, side views should be supplemented (such as clear waistline position for waist cinching design) and detailed enlarged views (structure of key parts such as collar, cuffs, pockets, zippers, etc.)
Key design element annotation
Iconic details, such as brand logos, prints, embroidery patterns, etc., need to be clearly defined in terms of location, size, dimensions, material or craftsmanship characteristics.(Provide high-definition images or vector graphics)
Size and pattern data
Key part dimensions: indicate the reference range for core dimensions such as clothing length, shoulder width, chest circumference, sleeve length, pants length, waist circumference, etc. (e.g. “clothing length: 65 ± 2cm (M size)”)
Pattern features: Describe the pattern type (such as slim fit)
Fabric and accessory requirements
Core information of the fabric: specify the composition (such as “cotton 70%+spandex 30%”), weight, texture (such as “smooth elasticity”), color (with color code, such as “Pantone 18-1663TPX”), and provide fabric reference pictures if necessary
Accessory compatibility: For example, “Zipper should be the same color as the fabric, with a length of 25cm”
